Rogers Elite 2‑in‑1 Waders – Full Review After a Season in the Marsh

ree

When you spend as many mornings in the marsh as I do, your waders aren’t just gear; they’re your lifeline. This past season I’ve been running the Rogers Elite 2‑in‑1 Insulated Breathable Waders, and I wanted to share my honest thoughts after putting them through all kinds of hunts. Below you can watch my full video review, and if you decide these waders are right for you, I’ve included affiliate links to pick up a pair and help support my channel.

The Rogers Elite 2‑in‑1 Waders stand out because of their versatility. They feature a zip‑out PrimaLoft liner, which means you can use them early in teal season and still stay warm in late December without switching to a different set of waders. The breathable material makes long hikes and setting spreads a lot more comfortable than traditional neoprene, and the 1200‑gram Thinsulate boots provide great traction in muddy conditions while keeping your feet warm during those bitter cold mornings. On top of that, the built‑in storage is really well thought out, with fleece‑lined handwarmer pockets, shell loops, water resistant zippered pockets, and a waterproof phone pocket.

I’ve been wearing the Elite 2-in-1 Waders since the first model was launched in 2019. They’re lightweight and flexible, making them comfortable for long walks into a public marsh or climbing in and out of a layout boat. The liner kept me warm without feeling bulky, and the true to size boots are extremely comfortable and lightweight. Like any breathable wader, a little care goes a long way, hang them to dry after every hunt, rinse off mud, and consider checking for small leaks after every season to make them last.

If you need a good wader hanger, this is one I have been using for years: https://rogerssportinggoods.com/frogg-toggs-boot-and-wader-hanger_8/?ref=OUTDOORLIMITS

As duck hunters, we demand almost too much from our gear, but these have proven themselves time and time again as my favorite from the Rogers lineup. This mid-tier wader offers the best combination of features for the cost in my opinion. After many years of use and a

few updated models along the way, I can confidently say the Rogers Elite 2‑in‑1 Waders have earned their place in my gear lineup. They’re versatile, comfortable, and built for hunters who demand a lot from their equipment.
